After hard work of process engineering, IVACE ( Competitive Valencia Business Institute) has recognized it. CTR gets the appreciation of his job with a grant by the Save and Efficiency Energetic Business Program. (Project that has been financed by FEDER funds within the Comunidad Valenciana Operative Program 2007-2013). The approach of the new plastic production line becomes a high efficiency power and reduces electric potency significantly in the plastic recycling process.
The main goal for CTR Mediterraneo is to contribute to the improvement of the environment. For that reason, since the company was created, it integrates all services that allow to have an overall management for almost all types of wastes.
CTR devotes part of its activity to recycle plastic, that comes from polluted package. They become row materials for the companies that generate the waste.
Briefly Recycling process has the following steps:
– Classification by color, toughness and type
– Grind, with tension power, compression and cut
– Washing up, deletes all pollution of the packaging.
One of the priorities of the company is to optimize the power efficiency and to take advantage of the materials contained in the already recycling processes. It is diary hard working in the business. Some of the decisions adopted are:
– Optimize productive process adjusting quantity of machines that are working, according to processed material requirements.
– Relocated machines and process line that minimize flow materials
– Adjust of time frame in plant
– Replace lamps of low consume, and remove the no efficiency ones
– Add new high efficiency energetic equipment with better benefits
– Increase production capacity
– Reduce water consume and energy consume of the plastic washing up machines
